FAQ

The ten things people actually email about.

How long until it arrives?

Anything printed to order leaves in two to five working days, then shipping on top: roughly 3–8 days in the US, 7–15 internationally. Bundles are packed by hand and take a day or two longer. You get a tracking email the moment it ships.

What are the stickers made of?

Kiss-cut vinyl with a laminate over the top. Weatherproof, dishwasher-safe and UV-resistant, so a bottle and a car window are both fine. Kiss-cut means the backing stays flat, so you can peel the design off in one piece.

Which size should I pick?

A credit card is 3.4 inches across — hold one against the spot. 2" suits a phone or a bottle lid, 3" is what most people choose for a laptop, 4" owns the middle of a laptop lid, and 6" is for a door or a window.

How do the pick-your-own bundles work?

You choose your designs on the product page before adding the bundle to your bag, and the list travels with the order. There are 23 bundles in total: some are ready-made sets and some you build. See them all.

Do I need an account?

No, and there isn’t one. Checkout is handled by Stripe, your card details never touch this site, and your order confirmation and tracking come by email.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If it has not gone to print yet, yes — email as soon as you can and we will catch it. Once a print-on-demand item is in production it cannot be stopped, because it is being made specifically for you.

Something arrived damaged or wrong.

Send a photo within 30 days and it gets reprinted or refunded, no argument and no return needed. Details on the returns page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to about twenty countries at checkout. Any customs charge is set by your own country and is not something the shop can collect or control.

Can I ask for a custom design?

Sometimes. There are already 381 designs, so check the shop first, then ask — the answer depends on what else is in the queue.

Is this official merchandise?

No. It is original fan art, drawn here, sold by one person. No studio is involved and none is implied.

Still stuck? Send a message — it goes to one person and gets answered within a day or two.
